ALB-01 ECO 160 DELUXE is a high-class bending machine for profiled and flat tapes. This machine is completely automatic and a replaceable cutter enables the implementation of signs from both aluminum and stainless steel tapes. It bends grooved tapes, alurapid, 3D and copper tapes.

This type of machine automates the difficult and time-consuming process of bending 3D letters, significantly accelerating production time and ensuring high quality.
As a result, we offer you the implementation of LED or non-illuminated 3D advertising products with sides of aluminum tape from letters, signs, numbers, through logotypes and light boxes, to objects with a very unusual shape.

Board CNC cutting and milling plotter BLACKBIRD, computer-controlled, allows cutting any shapes in materials such as: plexiglass, PVC, gypsum, layered aluminum plate (dibond), polycarbonate, PET, wood. We are able to precisely cut or mill even very small elements, in materials up to 20 cm thick, on a table with a working surface of 150x200 cm. We have a device of a new generation of CNC machines, which guarantees greater accuracy and speed of cutting, easier mounting of the material and greater comfort of work. We can provide our Customers with much shorter delivery times and even better quality of our products.

From the very beginning, our goal is to constantly improve the quality of services, expand the range of work and improve technology. Currently, we have several processing methods, which we have expanded to include a CO2 laser plotter with a working surface of 90x60x40cm, it is perfect for cutting larger elements, as well as engraving and marking small items. The laser plotter is designed for cutting and engraving such materials as: plexiglass, hips, leather, rubber, wood, plywood, paper, cork, textiles, all kinds of engraving laminates, felt, ceramics, glass, cardboard etc.

One of the devices of our machine park is a thermal plotter, which allows cutting out 3D objects with a maximum size of 130 x 130 x 65 cm. This machine is used to cut in materials that can be thermally processed, such as: polystyrene, styrodur (polystyrene), polyurethane foam etc. Cutting is carried out with a titanium resistance wire, which thickness is 0.25 mm. These plotters are perfect for the production of lettering (styrodur and polystyrene letters), complex, 3D logos, architectural elements, exhibition stands, or other spatial decorative elements for internal and external use. Combination of work of our machines: cutting, thermal and laser plotters, allows us not only to keep low prices, but also a very competitive order fulfillment time. We offer raw styrodur letters, painted with paints resistant to weather conditions, with a PVC front and print on it, with a plexiglass front etc.
